What is an AI conversation?
One unit everywhere: in the dashboard, in the API and on your invoice.
One end user (or one session when anonymous) with one agent, in a fixed 24-hour window starting at the agent’s first reply, up to 50 agent replies. Reply 51, or any reply after 24 h, opens a new conversation.

How the meter counts
The meter is simple and published, and the dashboard shows the same numbers.

- Units are multiplied by the weight of the model that wrote the reply.
- A window also closes at 300,000 input tokens; the next reply opens a new conversation.
- You get alerts at 75% and 100% of your plan’s included conversations.
