About these terms
These terms cover your use of K-Agent: the website, the dashboard, the API, the widget and the documentation. K-Agent is provided by Kerneltics. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them for yourself and for the organization you represent.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your project keys, including what members you invite do. Tell us at info@kerneltics.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use K-Agent to break the law, including Saudi Arabia’s laws on personal data, consumer protection and e-commerce.
- Don’t send spam or unsolicited messages, and don’t use the agent to deceive people.
- Don’t try to get around limits, reach other customers’ data or test our security without our written permission.
- Don’t rely on the agent for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.
Your content and your customers’ data
You keep ownership of your agents’ settings, your knowledge and your conversations. You allow us to host and process them only to provide the service.
For your customers’ personal data, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions, as the privacy policy explains. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for telling your customers they are talking to an AI agent.
AI replies
Replies are written by AI models and can be wrong. K-Agent gives you tools to limit this, such as the never-handle list, the verbatim escalation reply and handoff to your team, but you remain responsible for how you set up your agent and how you use its replies. Don’t present the agent’s replies as professional advice (medical, legal or financial) without human review.
Plans, usage and payment
The pricing page describes the plans, the prices and the AI conversation unit. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT. The Free plan stops at its included conversations; paid plans record extra conversations and invoice them monthly. Until online payment launches, we set up paid plans manually and send you an invoice, payable on the terms stated on it.
Model providers
Replies are written through model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek. When you choose a model or connect your own key, you also agree to follow that provider’s usage policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but this draft does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features, and we will tell you in advance about any change that materially reduces what your plan includes.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using K-Agent at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After termination, your data is deleted according to your project’s retention period and our backup cycle.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom hear any dispute.
